Your screen enclosure may not look like it needs some maintenance, but if it looks like our client’s pool cage in Fort Myers, consider this…

Their enclosure had very loose screens. No doubt it wouldn’t survive during a hurricane or intense thunderstorm, or even a windy day.

The fasteners were rusted almost all the way through. Pay more attention to this one since it can be easily ignored and brushed off, but it affects the integrity of the structure and can be very dangerous and a high risk for damage during hurricanes.

For our client, we replaced the fasteners with stainless steel with lifetime warranty. The screens we installed were Superscreen 17/14 with 10-year warranty. We also repainted the enclosure to make it look brand new without changing the structure.

While we’re at it, we also restored 2 hand rails with new screws and paint to match the enclosure.

As always, we left with the place clean and ready to be used, and our client all smiles about their newly-restored enclosure.
