Want to extend your outdoor lounge further out into your backyard? A screen room is the answer!

For this client in Punta Gorda, they had more space in their backyard to extend their ‘outdoor’ area.

We started by removing the aluminum framing in their existing under-truss lanai. Then we extended the foundation about 7 feet with a concrete finish.

We built a screen room with a 3” composite for a roof, a fan beam for better ventilation, clearview Superscreen, 2 clearview doors, concrete door pads, fasteners with lifetime warranty, and bronze coat finish. Everything was professionally prefabricated in our warehouse before we installed them.

In the meantime, we also took care of the permit and engineering fees required to build this screen room.

The outcome is a bigger space for our clients to hang out in. They’re all smiles standing outside their new screen room and we love to see it!
