For this project, we head to Estero, Florida! Our client wanted a better view for one of their screen walls, as well as overall improvement for their pool enclosure. First, we acquired a permit for the window reengineering. We had to wait four weeks before we could start. It’s funny how getting that permit took longer than finishing this project, which only took our team two weeks!

As always, we start by taking out the old screens. It’s time for new beginnings with newer and better screens!

Next, we worked on the window part of the project. To maximize the view, we reconfigured the aluminum members in one wall of the pool enclosure. In the top pic, you see our crew foreman Alex, who is hard at work. Every member of the team makes sure that every detail is taken care of to get the best output!

The entire cage was then painted with electrostatic paint, which can withstand whatever weather Florida can bring. We also replaced the old rusty fasteners with Nylotech, which comes with a ten-year warranty.

Lastly, we put in the Phifer 18/14 screen. This type of screen is great for keeping insects, rodents, and debris out of your pools.

You can see how beautiful the view is in these photos without those pesky aluminum members! Our client could now fully appreciate the greenscapes surrounding his home.
