Another under truss lanai project we completed this week is for a client in Fort Myers. Ms. Rand wanted to change the look of her under truss lanai enclosure, so she called us to get the job done.

Here is what the old under truss lanai enclosure looked like. First, we had to remove the old frame and replace it with the new one. For the new frame, we configured it to be clear view as much as possible so that there are fewer frames obstructing the view and ensure that it is a sturdy structure. After, we screened it in with Superscreen 17 x 14 Polyester. This mesh comes with a 10-year warranty. We also installed a new door.

Doesn’t it look better? Our efficient crew completed this project in a day. Ms. Rand is happy that her under truss lanai enclosure looks brand new again. She can also enjoy the view and not have to worry about bugs invading her outdoor area.
