Check out this enclosure we restored and converted into a picture window for a client in Cape Coral. After seeing our projects online, they called us to make their pool cage look brand new again and get rid of the frames obstructing the view. Here’s what their old pool cage looked liked:

It had rusty fasteners, moldy frames, and frames blocking the view. For this project, they availed of the Lifetime Restoration Package, which includes rescreening, replacing the fasteners with lifetime warranty stainless steel tapcons with finish, and repainted using High solids Polyurethane 2 part epoxy far better than any factory. These are all top of the line material industry that comes with a longer warranty. They also added the Gold Clearview Conversion, so we converted all walls of the enclosure into a Clearview.

Before we started with the conversion process, we first had to prepare the permits and work on the engineering and site plans. After doing more than a hundred pool enclosure projects, we can efficiently get this process done and get permits faster than anyone else.

After acquiring the permits, we headed on-site. We were able to convert all walls of the existing enclosure into a clear view by utilizing new vertical posts, dramatically increasing the structural integrity. Our client can also choose where they want the new doors to be installed, and we upgraded these to phat frame clear view doors.

Next, we continue with the restoration process. All of the old and rusted fasteners were upgraded to Blue-tap Nylotech and Stainless Pro-Tect Tapcons, ensuring the longevity and structural integrity of the enclosure. We then repainted the entire structure with bronze Sherwin Williams Hi-Solids Polyurethane, which was sprayed on electrostatically to withstand the harsh Florida sun and other outdoor elements. Lastly, we re-screened using Superscreen, a mesh that is three times stronger than the standard screen and can withstand strong gusts of wind even when installed in large openings.

We completed this project in less than two weeks. With a view like this, you want to make sure that you can take full advantage of it. Our client is glad that their pool cage now looks brand new again and that there are no frames blocking the view.
