Do you remember what it feels like to lie down at the beach all afternoon and watch the sunset on vacation?

Well, this homeowner in Fort Myers can watch the sunset everyday from his pool area. The only thing is, their pool enclosure is kind of a distraction…

Since we’re home almost all the time these days, it’s the right time to have his pool enclosure transformed for the better. We converted the front wall into a picture window to maximize the sunset views without aluminum members to ruin it.

We first obtained the permit required to change the front wall into a picture window. A permit is needed to make sure the newly-engineered structure still abides by the building requirements of the state.

The wall is updated to the current building code. And the minimized vertical posts also decreases the probability of damage during a hurricane.

Now our client and his family can enjoy a full, uninterrupted view of the sunset from their pool lounge chairs.
