This week, we built a new enclosure for a client in Fort Myers. Ms. Kramer wanted a new pool cage for her outdoor area.

This is what her old pool cage looked like before. It had rusty fasteners, faded paint, and frames blocking their beautiful view. If you check the photo on the right, we installed a new and more beautiful enclosure. Doesn’t it look great? Here’s how we did it.

First, we had to acquire the required permits and work on the engineering and site plans. After doing more than a hundred pool enclosure projects, we can efficiently get this process done and our client can just sit back and not worry about the details because we also have a dedicated project manager to handle these matters. They also didn’t have to wait that long since we can get permits faster than anyone else.

After settling the permits, we head on-site and get started on the work. Most of the frames we needed for the new enclosure were prefabricated in our facility. For the rest, we used site-specific laser cut and leveling. These frames have a 2604 Powder Coat Finish, which was meticulously applied to withstand the harsh Florida sun and other elements. To ensure longevity and structural integrity of the enclosure, we used Blue-Tap Nylo Tech fasteners, which comes with a 10-year warranty, and Tapcons Tru Stainless. Lastly, we screened it in with Superscreen 14/17. This mesh is three times stronger than the standard screen and also comes with a 10-year warranty.

Doesn’t this new enclosure look amazing? We also used a Clearview configuration of members so that our client can have the ultimate view! If you’re wondering about the roof type, this is called a half mansard.

It took us one week to complete this project. Our client can now enjoy her new bug-free enclosure with a maximized view.
