Are there bugs in your pool area? Keep them out by getting a screen enclosure! This will also prevent leaves, dirt, and other debris from falling into your pool and onto the deck. That’s why this week, we built a new screen enclosure for a client in Bonita Springs.

Ms. Gorman wanted a beautiful enclosure so she can enjoy her pool area without worrying about pesky insects. But before we started building on-site, we first had to do a survey, prepare the permits, work on the engineering, and get a certified site plan. Our client can just sit back and not worry about the details because we have a dedicated project manager to handle these. She also didn’t have to wait that long since we can efficiently get this process done and get permits faster than anyone else.

After settling the requirements, we head on-site. Most of the structure was prefabricated in our facility. The rest was done with site-specific laser cut and leveling. The entire structure was meticulously applied with 2604 Powder Coat Finish to withstand the harsh Florida sun and other elements.

We then connected all the frames using Blue-Tap Fasteners, a durable model to ensure longevity and structural integrity of the enclosure and comes with a 10-year warranty. For the screen, we used Superscreen 14/17. This mesh also comes with a 10-year warranty, and it is three times stronger than the standard screen. This is perfect for the new enclosure since we configured it to be a Clearview, so our client can enjoy the view with fewer frames obstructing it.

If you are curious about the roof design, this is called a half mansard. Doesn’t it look great? We completed this project in one week. Our client is now happy with her new more hurricane-resistant enclosure.
