Do you think that your patio is too small? We can extend your outdoor living space by installing a screen room, just like what we did for a client in Cape Coral. After Mr. Bonfanti saw our screen room projects online, he called us to build one for him.

Before we started installing on-site, we first prepared the permits and work on the engineering and site plans. After doing more than a hundred screen room projects, we can efficiently get this process done and get permits faster than anyone else. Our client also didn’t have to worry about the details because we have a dedicated project manager to handle these matters.

After completing the requirements, we got started with the project. First, we poured in a 4″ concrete slab. For the structure, most of it was prefabricated in our facility while the rest was done by site-specific laser cut and leveling. It has a 2604 Powder Coat finish that can withstand the harsh Florida sun and other elements. To ensure the structural integrity and longevity of the enclosure, we used Blue-Tap fasteners and Tapcons Tru-Stainless, which are durable models and come with a 10-year warranty.

For the screen, our client opted for Superscreen 17/20 or No-See-Um, which also comes with a 10-year warranty. It looks dark because it is thicker and tighter than a standard screen. But if you check the photo of the view from the inside, it doesn’t change the outward visibility. The view also looks great because we used a Clearview configuration of members.

We installed one door on the front wall and used elite panels for the roof. This is a secure aluminum beam concealed with a 3″ composite roof. This roof is made out of metal but has a foam core, which will provide more insulation underneath and help it withstand a strong impact. It will also be quieter when it’s raining, cooler during the middle of the day, and more convenient for repairs and maintenance.

We completed this project in less than a week. With this new screen enclosure, our client has more outdoor space where he can lounge without worrying about pesky bugs getting inside.
