This is an exciting project that we did in Estero. We rebuilt the screen enclosure of this homeowner's outdoor space from this old and rusty white aluminum, into this sleek, new bronze one. In addition, the clear view conversion definitely upgraded it to a whole new level.

This project not only gave their enclosure a new look but we can guarantee them that their enclosure will last for a very long time or maybe even for a lifetime. The materials that we are using are the top of the line materials which have the best warranty that you can find in the market.

The service that we provided included repainting of the aluminum structure to make the old enclosure look brand new. For the paint, we used Sherwin Williams Hi-Solids Polyurethane and we applied it electrostatically. We also installed superscreen and also we replaced all fasteners with Blue-tap Nylotech and Stainless Pro-Tect Tapcons.

Aside from the lifetime restoration, our customer also availed our silver clear view conversion. We converted the existing front wall of the screen enclosure to clear the view with vertical posts and we changed the color from white to bronze. The converted front wall spans a total of 34 feet.

We also updated the entire main load bearing wall to current building code which eliminates the prefabricated design flaw of 1x2 on header. All vertical posts are solid and not stitched. To lessen the damage in case there is a hurricane, we used less aluminum.

By availing our service in restoring your home we can guarantee that our project is of very high quality. Not just because of the high quality materials that we use but because of the engineering that is included in our project and also because of the dedicated project managers that GCA has.

Our materials also have warranties like the tapcons tru-stainless, which has a lifetime warranty and the super screen 14/7 which has a 10-year warranty. Moreover, our package also includes site specific laser cut and leveling professional prefabrication to perfect every detail of the restoration.
