Here’s a screen restoration we are particularly proud of to end this list. Although pool enclosures are built to last, sometimes they need refreshing here and there to make them look like new again. Aside from the usual trouble with peeling paint and rusting fasteners, this client had a unique problem…

The aluminum members were ruining their view of the lake. Imagine trying to watch a movie wearing glasses with horizontal and vertical lines written on the lenses. It’s quite frustrating!

We were referred by our client’s neighbor. That’s how much these homeowners trust Gulf Coast Aluminum. They called us not only to revive their battered screens but to re-engineer the enclosure as well. Pairing the restoration project with the re-engineering one brings cost savings for both projects. (So if you guys have different projects in mind for your enclosures, you’ll be saving more if you get both done at the same time!)

Aside from the standard screen restoration procedures, we needed to perform structural engineering to create our client’s “picture window”. Since several aluminum members needed to be removed, we made use of thicker members to ensure the integrity of the entire structure. Our team ensures everything is in tip-top shape because your safety matters to us.

Now, our client can enjoy this captivating unobstructed view of the lake!

(On a side note, a local building inspector came by to check the picture window specifications. He actually thought the enclosure was brand new! That’s how good our team at Gulf Coast Aluminum is.)
