Before the restoration, the outdoor space of this home in Cape Coral hasn’t been utilized as much as the homeowner wanted to. The space was just covered in moss and the structure of the enclosure was all rusty and frail. Because of this, the homeowner decided to give us a call regarding their concern which we were beyond happy to take on.

Before proceeding to the restoration, we first needed to clean the pool area. So what we did is we power washed the deck. This step alone made a huge difference in the appearance of the outdoor area. The space looked cleaner and brighter already.

After the power wash, we proceeded with restoring the enclosure. The homeowners availed of our lifetime restoration package. This includes repainting the aluminum structure with Sherwin Williams Hi-Solids Polyurethane, re-screening the whole enclosure with Superscreen, replacing the fasteners with Blue tap True Stainless and Stainless Pro-Tec Tapcons.

For the entryway, we installed a screen on the standard 36x80” door. We used a Phifer 18/14 for the screen. Other options for door design are also available, If you want to change it up. Some of our upgraded door options are sidelites, sunbursts, and kickplate.

After restoring the pool space and screening their entryway, the homeowners are extremely excited to use their outdoor spaces to bond and have a relaxing day. If you’ve encountered the same issues with your screen enclosures and outdoor spaces, give us a call.
