Screen rooms are very convenient for those who want to spend more time outdoors. It provides protection for you and for your home. It will lessen your time cleaning because it will protect your place from dirt or debris that might fall into your space.

Screen rooms also give protection against the heat of the sun and rain so it gives you the privilege to enjoy nature through different weather conditions. It makes you have the feel of being outside and having a clear view of nature by just staying inside your screen rooms.

For additional outdoor living space our client from Myers, Florida wanted us to create a 38 x 15 screen room for them. We used a composite roof which makes the room cooler than other materials and it is also more quiet when it rains and it has a 7’ super gutter.

Our package also includes 2 fan beams for ventilation. We used bronze for the color and there will be 1 vertical post on the front wall, right in the middle. For the door we will install a 36” x 80” clear view door for a better look of the screen room.

We can guarantee all our clients with the quality of our projects. We have a very dedicated project manager to manage all the planning for the project. The materials that we used are the best quality of materials that you can find in the market and most of the materials have 10-year to lifetime warranty.
